At the show, participants will get a chance to see Pregis innovation in action as it focuses on new and coming products and highlights the progress made towards its 2K30 sustainability goals. Among the most prominent are the expansions to its Easypack^® portfolio of paper-based packaging solutions to include GeoTerra™, the debut of its new Inspyre™ Mailer and the Performance Flexibles Renew™ Series.

Each new line offers Pregis customers a chance to rethink their packaging strategy and get that much closer to their own efficiency and sustainability goals. These product highlights and more will be front and center at the Pregis exhibit.

GeoTerra™

In July of this year, Pregis introduced GeoTerra™, a sustainable, wrappable paper product that provides light cushioning and interleaving protection. GeoTerra is designed to help brands throughout the North American market meet their environmental goals while providing customers with more circular curbside recyclable packaging choices. The launch of GeoTerra follows increased production of its Pregis EverTec™ Mailer, another lightweight paper-cushioned shipping solution with curbside recyclability. Contemporary brands choose both products for their elevated quality and low environmental footprint, as well as improved distribution efficiency and less waste.

Inspyre™ Mailer

Busy throughout the summer, Pregis debuted another product that expanded its proven Inspyre™ product line. The new Inspyre™ Mailer is an efficient, lightweight, and sustainable way to ship non-fragile items in direct-to-consumer e-commerce applications while supporting contributions to help fight water insecurities in communities around the world.

The mailer, available in fanfold and roll stock, runs through Pregis Sharp™ automated bagging systems, which can increase output by four times that of manual solutions. Automating this product is assisting fulfillment centers to maximize efficiency and curtail labor challenges. The Inspyre mailer is available in a stock print or customers can opt for custom designs that display their brand. All Inspyre mailers have a stock footer sharing the value of this cause marketing program with a 1% for the Planet logo, How2Recycle^® label, consumer-friendly recyclability instructions, and a QR code to learn more.

Performance Flexibles Renew™ Series

The newest addition to the Pregis Renew Series is designed specifically for critical flexible packaging applications including food, pharmaceutical, medical, and household consumer goods. Engineered with a focus on three critical components of sustainability – recyclable, recycled content, and renewable – the Renew Series meets the growing demand for flexible packaging products that enable a circular economy.

Pregis developed the Performance Flexibles Renew Series to address the entire value chain with blown film solutions, from responsible sourcing of recycled content and renewable resin resources to designing and producing film structures that are reusable or recyclable.
